гарантийным обязательствам, в т.ч в рамках ДДУ);\n Участие в судебных процессах со стороны ответчика по договорам долевого участия;\n Подготовка правовых заключений в области гражданского права, градостроительства и т.д.;\n Правовое сопровождение ввода объектов в эксплуатацию.\n Правовая экспертиза внутренних локальных актов организации (приказов, положений, стандартов);\n Требования: Стаж: 5 лет не менее 3 лет на аналогичной должности;\n Свободный пользователь ПК: Outlook, Консультант, системы проверок контрагентов на благонадежность (Контур)\n Знание и понимание:жилищного, гражданского, земельного градостроительного законодательства, 214-ФЗ, Технические регламенты, нормы СНиП/СП (в рамках юридической необходимости), Понимание актов КС-2, КС-3, исполнительной документации.\n Умение применять нормы законодательства на практике.\n Опыт работы в строительной компании -в структуре Генподрядчика\n Условия: График работы: 8:00 до 17:00 или 09.00 до 18.00\n Офис в центре
