The team is seeking a Communications Intern that can join the team for approximately 12 weeks. The role will provide hands-on experience across a variety of communications activities, with a focus on public relations and developing content for external-facing channels, including website and social media, across our global network. The role will report to the Senior Specialist of External Communications.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in creating compelling content for external communications channels, including website and social media\nSupport media relations and public relations activities\nConduct research and develop content to support communications campaigns\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on communications initiatives\nAssist with special projects, events, and corporate communications programs\nMaintain brand consistency across communications materials. \nProvide administrative and project support to the Corporate Communications team\nMinimum qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or a related field at an accredited four-year university \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\nMust be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience creating content for social media, websites or other digital platforms\nFamiliarity with public relations principles, AP style, media relations and corporate communications practices\nPrevious internship, campus media, student organization or communications-related experience is a plus\nCurious and eager to learn in a professional corporate environment\n*Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
