The Storeroom Coordinator is responsible for managing the inventory and supplies in a storeroom. They will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.\nResponsibilities:\nEmbrace the Novelis Safety Absolutes to build a zero-injury culture and the Novelis cultural beliefs of Be Authentic, Say Anything, Be Open and Built Trust\nHandle some vendor management for storeroom material\nDocument storeroom related operations\nCollaborate with other departments to fulfill supply requests\nMaintain accurate records of stock levels\nConduct regular inventory audits\nIdentify and resolve any discrepancies\nImplement efficient inventory management practices\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of related experience\n5-7 years of progressive experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP Inventory Management Experience\nExperience in warehousing and receiving\nPhysical Requirements:\nNear constant standing with frequent walking and occasional sitting\nOccasional below waist level work, climbing, balancing, carrying, reaching over 15” away from the body, reaching above shoulder, fine motor skills, use of forceful motion, occasional push/pull and lifting up to 50 lbs\nAbility to meet the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation\nAble and willing to work at heights\nPlease note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
