It's about finding people who tangibly shift what we ship, how we ship it, and how the people around them work.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of measurable impact on products and teams\nStrong command of at least React, React Native, native Apple (Swift), or native Android (Kotlin)\nActive, daily use of AI tooling in your engineering workflow, with a clear point of view on where it's heading\nAgency or consulting experience, you understand client delivery, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong communication skills and the ability to give and receive candid feedback\nComfortable working hybrid in Antwerp, 2-3 days per week on-site, non-negotiable\nEU work authorization, we do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support\nOur technical environment\nWe work across React, React Native, and native Apple (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
