Successful candidates will bring deep technical expertise across static and rotating equipment and play a key role in supporting engineering, design, and execution activities for large scale Oil & Gas projects.\nKey Focus Areas\nCandidates should have proven experience in one or moreof the following mechanical disciplines within projects:\nStatic Equipment\nRotating Equipment\nHeat Exchangers\nAir Coolers\nPressure Vessels\nStorage Tanks\nPrevious experience with specification knowledge for these equipment types and their application is essential.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, review, and maintain mechanical equipment specifications, datasheets, calculations, and technical documentation.\nProvide mechanical engineering support across project phases, including design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.\nInterface with vendors, fabricators, and internal engineering teams to ensure equipment meets project requirements and industry standards.\nSupport troubleshooting, technical evaluations, and resolution of mechanical engineering issues during construction and commissioning.\nEnsure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and best practices for facilities.\nQualifications\nPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.\nDemonstrated experience in large-scale oil & gas projects.\nHands-on or design-focused experience with static and/or rotating equipment.\nStrong understanding of industry codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.).\nProven ability to write and interpret equipment specifications.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbout Novetus Engineering LLC\nNovetus is unsurpassed in our commitment to achieving our objectives as efficiently as possible.
