Certified as a Great Place to Work® several years in a row, in Greece, Malta and Brazil, we are a global team, united by a culture of trust, inclusion and shared learning.\nJoin us and become part of a global team where collaboration, innovation and continuous growth drive everything we do.\n\nWhat you will work on\nServe as the on-call first responder for platform incidents.\nLead triage, coordinate with DevOps and Engineering, and drive resolution end to end.\nOwn post-incident reviews through to completion — close the root cause, not just the ticket.\nOwn the full observability stack: alerting, dashboards, log aggregation, and distributed tracing.\nDefine what \"healthy\" looks like for every critical service and enforce those standards.\nContinuously refine alert thresholds to eliminate noise and improve signal quality.\nSystematically reduce the frequency and blast radius of future incidents — not just firefight.\nAnalyse trends, track SLI/SLO performance, and identify chronic pain points.\nDrive platform improvements in configuration, architecture, and operational behaviour.\nIdentify manual, repetitive operational work and eliminate it.\nBuild runbooks, self-healing scripts, and automated remediation tooling.\nMake the whole organisation more resilient, not just the team more efficient.\nDefine and track Service Level Indicators and Objectives in partnership with Service Managers.\nAct as the technical voice in reliability commitment conversations.\nWork upstream with Engineers to bake reliability into releases, capacity planning, and load testing.\nCollaborate downstream with DevOps on infrastructure hardening.\nParticipate in release planning as a reliability gate before critical deployments.\n\nWhat you bring\n3+ years in an SRE, platform engineering, or senior TechOps role.\nHands-on experience owning an on-call rotation.\nTrack record of driving post-incident reviews and delivering on action items.\nExperience in iGaming, fintech, or another regulated 24/7 industry is a significant advantage.\nCalm under pressure — makes good decisions at 3am when things are on fire.\nOwnership-driven — doesn't wait to be asked.\nAnalytically curious — wants to understand why things break, not just fix them.\nCares about making the whole platform better, not just their slice of it.\n\nWhat we offer\nWe truly value our people at Novibet!
