Our mission is to financialize and democratize sports trading - taking a closed system run by casinos and turning it into a fair, efficient, two-sided market where the power sits with users.\nWith Novig recently becoming a CFTC-designated market - the fastest designation of its kind in US history- we're bringing the prediction market built for sports fans nationwide.\nWe're backed by some of Silicon Valley's top investors - Pantera, Forerunner, Lux, NFX, Paul Graham, and Joe Montana - who have collectively invested over $100M behind this vision.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a sharp Product Analyst who loves using data to solve product and business problems. You’ll join Novig’s Analytics team and work closely with our product, design and engineering leads to shape what we build and measure whether it’s working.\nThis is an early hire on a small data team, so you’ll have real ownership. You’ll help set up how we track product usage and run experiments, and you’ll be part of the conversations where the roadmap gets decided. Novig is a CFTC-regulated sports prediction market, and as an exchange, it brings product questions you won’t find at a traditional sportsbook.\nWho you are and what you will do\nPartner with Product, Design and Engineering to define success metrics for new features before they launch\n\nLead experimentation end to end, from designing A/B tests to analyzing results and recommending what ships\n\nWork with Engineering to build and maintain product event tracking\n\nAnalyze how users discover markets, place trades and come back, and find opportunities to improve each step\n\nMonitor product health and key metrics, and flag issues early\n\nPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the company to drive product decisions\n\nBuild reusable datasets and reports that help the team answer their own questions\n\nExplore new and unmapped data areas that can push our product forward\n\nWhat you’ll need:\n2+ years of experience as a product or data analyst, preferably at a consumer, fintech or trading company\n\nStrong product sense and comfort sharing your point of view\n\nStrong opinions on experimentation, and experience leading complex, cross-functional experiments from design to decision\n\nEnthusiasm for using AI tools and strong fundamental SQL skills\n\nComfortable working across product, design, and engineering\n\nStrong presentation skills, capable of catering to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nFamiliarity with BI tools (Hex, Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.)\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with dbt or Python\n\nExperience in sports betting, prediction markets, or other consumer applications\n\nWhy work here, in the words of the people who do\n“I work with extremely stellar people, I own real systems, and decisions happen fast. No politics, no waiting for needless red tape. If something's broken, I fix it. If I build something good, it ships.”\n“The people! They're smart, thoughtful, fun to work with and passionate about their craft.”\n“I'm having the most fun I've had in my entire career.”\nIf you want responsibility, trust, and the chance to help build the future of sports prediction markets - take your shot, we’d love to connect.\nNot for everyone\nOur work is tied to live sports - that means potential nights, weekends, and pressure included.\n\nIf you need clear swim lanes, a heavy process, or someone to tell you what to do, this won’t be the right environment.\n\nCompensation & benefits\n$130k - $180k base, benchmarked at top-tier tech companies\n\nMeaningful equity for every employee, regardless of role\n\n100% health premiums covered\n\n99% dental & vision covered\n\n401(k) with 4% company match\n\nHSA + $1,080 annual company contribution\n\n$50/monthly company contribution to employee transit\n\n$27/day lunch stipend when working from our NYC office\n\n$35/day dinner stipend when working from the NYC office after 6:30pm\n\nHomebase\nUnion Square, NYC","description_format":"text","description_chars":4023,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Sports Betting"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-15T18:41:36Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":69,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-16T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":180000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/novig-product-data-analyst","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/novig-product-data-analyst.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-16T10:40:38Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":9172,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-17T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4729},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4729"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fnovig-product-data-analyst"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fnovig-product-data-analyst"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fnovig-product-data-analyst"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/novig-product-data-analyst\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fnovig-product-data-analyst"}]}
