and monitoring.\nRequirements:\nStrong proficiency in Java.\nHands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOPs concepts.\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs.\nStrong knowledge of databases: Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Basics of NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, etc. )\nUnderstanding of concurrency, multithreading, and JVM internals.\nFamiliarity with caching strategies (Redis, in-memory caching).\nExperience with Git and version control workflows.\nExperience with Docker and containerization.\nKnowledge of microservices architecture and service communication (REST/gRPC, Kafka).\nFamiliarity with message queues/streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).\nUnderstanding of security best practices (authentication, authorisation, OAuth, JWT).\n4 years of backend development experience.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with deployment strategies:\nBlue-Green deployments\nCanary releases\nRolling deployments\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.
