throughput.\nCollaboration: Partner with cross-functional product, frontend, and QA teams to translate complex financial business logic into reliable technical solutions.\nCode Quality and Security: Maintain high code quality through code reviews, automated unit testing, and adherence to security standards (JWT, OAuth2).\nRequirements:\nCore Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8/11/17) and hands-on experience with Spring Boot/Spring Framework.\nExperience: 4+ years of backend engineering experience building web applications and microservices.\nAPIs and Architecture: Deep expertise in RESTful API design, microservices communication, design patterns, and OOP principles.\nDatabases: Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL / In-Memory stores (Redis / MongoDB).\nConcurrency and JVM: Strong grasp of Java multithreading, concurrency concepts, and JVM internals.\nTooling: Proficiency with Git version control, Maven/Gradle build tools, and post-deployment monitoring.\nGood to Have / Bonus Points:\nExperience in fintech, payments, lending, or high-scale B2B SaaS platforms.\nHands-on experience with asynchronous streaming/messaging tools like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.\nExposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS: EC2, S3, RDS) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and zero-downtime deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary).\nKnowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or
