# Tech Lead / Architect (Full Stack Engineer)

About This Role: We’re looking for a Technical Lead / Full Stack Engineer to join Novir-someone who can own our technology end-to-end. This is not a pure management role, it is a take the bull by the horns, hands-on builder. You’ll be the architect, the builder, and the force multiplier-designing scalable systems while staying close to the code and shipping quickly using modern development tools, including AI/agentic workflows. You’ll partner directly with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions, define our architecture, and accelerate development velocity without sacrificing quality.
