applications.\nYou’ll operate at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, product, and customer success.\nYou may spend one day helping an AI startup diagnose inference latency, another helping a coding-agent company scale thousands of sandbox environments, and another building an integration that becomes a reusable product capability.\nYou will be expected not only to solve technical problems, but also to understand why those problems matter to the customer and what is required for their workload to successfully reach production.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the technical relationship with customers from evaluation through production.\n\nUnderstand customer architectures, workloads, and engineering requirements.\n\nDeploy and integrate:\nModel APIs and inference endpoints\n\nDedicated model serving\n\nAgent Sandbox environments\n\nDebug issues across APIs, containers, Linux, networking, model serving, and distributed systems.\n\nAnalyze inference performance including latency, throughput, concurrency, caching, and reliability.\n\nBuild customer-specific integrations, prototypes, tools, and automation.\n\nSupport PoCs and help customers transition into production.\n\nWork closely with Technical Account Executives on capacity planning, quotas, pricing considerations, and workload expansion.\n\nIdentify opportunities where customers can expand their usage of Novita.\n\nTranslate recurring customer problems into product requirements.\n\nBuild reusable tooling and reference implementations that improve the experience for future customers.\n\nWork closely with engineering teams across the US and Asia.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals.\n\nProficiency in Python and experience with at least one additional programming language.\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, Linux, networking, and cloud-native applications.\n\nExperience debugging complex technical systems.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfortable working directly with customers.\n\nHigh ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.\n\nAbility to move quickly between engineering, product, and customer problems.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with LLMs, AI agents, or inference infrastructure.\n\nFamiliarity with vLLM, SGLang, Ray, or distributed serving frameworks.\n\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nUnderstanding of model serving performance, including batching, caching, throughput, latency, and concurrency.\n\nExperience building coding agents, AI agents, or sandboxed execution systems.\n\nOpen-source contributions, startup experience, or significant technical side projects.\n\nBackground in solutions engineering, developer relations, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles.\n\nInterest in the commercial side of technology, including how usage, pricing, and product adoption connect.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first year, you will:\nIndependently own the technical relationship with multiple customers.\n\nHelp strategic customers successfully move workloads into production.\n\nBecome a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering teams.\n\nBuild reusable solutions that accelerate future deployments.\n\nIdentify technical and product opportunities that increase customer adoption.\n\nInfluence Novita’s product roadmap through direct exposure to real production
