You’ll work directly with technical founders, engineers, and AI teams to understand what they are building, help them evaluate and adopt Novita AI, and support them as they move from experimentation into production.\nYou’ll operate at the intersection of technical discovery, customer engineering, and go-to-market. One day you may help a customer understand an inference performance issue; another day you may help scope a production workload, coordinate a quota increase, or identify how an account can expand.\nYou do not need previous sales experience. We care much more about technical curiosity, communication ability, ownership, and your ability to learn quickly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork directly with AI startups, developers, and technical teams evaluating Novita AI.\n\nUnderstand customer workloads, including model usage, latency, throughput, concurrency, reliability, and sandbox requirements.\n\nHelp customers get started with Novita’s Model APIs, dedicated inference endpoints, and Agent Sandbox.\n\nPartner with Forward Deployed Engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and remove blockers to production adoption.\n\nSupport customer conversations around usage, quotas, capacity, pricing, and production rollout.\n\nResearch and identify promising AI companies, developers, and emerging use cases.\n\nTrack customer adoption and identify opportunities for workloads to grow.\n\nBuild lightweight demos, scripts, or technical examples when useful to move a customer forward.\n\nGather product and competitive insights from customer conversations.\n\nWork closely with engineering, product, and GTM teams across the US and Asia.\n\nAs you ramp up, you may independently own smaller customer relationships from initial conversation through technical evaluation, production adoption, and expansion.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or another technical field.\n\nStrong interest in AI products, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure.\n\nComfortable communicating with engineers and learning technical systems quickly.\n\nBasic understanding of APIs, LLMs, and modern AI applications.\n\nSome programming experience, ideally with Python or another general-purpose language.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHigh ownership and willingness to follow problems through to resolution.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nAvailable approximately 20 hours/week during the academic term or full-time during summer.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building AI or software side projects.\n\nExperience using LLM APIs or developer platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with inference concepts such as tokens, latency, throughput, caching, rate limits, or concurrency.\n\nHackathon, startup, developer community, or open-source experience.\n\nPrevious customer-facing, consulting, teaching, or leadership experience.\n\nInterest in startups, product, sales, or business development.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in
