As Process Engineer, you will support production, solve process and equipment challenges and turn data into practical improvements. Your initiative matters: you take ownership, challenge how things are done and help the team deliver reliably for people living with serious chronic diseases.\nWhat you’ll bring\nA Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or another relevant field.\nExtensive experience in process engineering, manufacturing or a similar technical role, with hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and equipment.\nPractical GMP experience, for example working with deviations, CAPAs, change controls and validation.\nExperience troubleshooting process or equipment issues and improving how a process runs.\nA self-driven, proactive approach, and the confidence to work independently and take ownership.\nThe confidence to speak up and constructively challenge existing approaches.\nAbility to adapt to changing production priorities and support operational needs as required. Professional English, spoken and written.\nUseful, but not essential:\nExperience with API manufacturing or purification processes, in pharma or in another regulated manufacturing environment.\nExperience with HVAC systems, cleaning processes, and/or environmental monitoring.\nScience and Risk-based Validation experience.\nData-driven analysis of production data.\nWhat you’ll do\nThis is a hands-on production support role in an established API purification facility. Roughly 80% of your time will go to day-to-day process support, and about 20% to engineering and development work that you grow into over time.\nSupport daily production by solving process and equipment problems quickly, and document findings and corrective actions.\nAnalyse production data to spot trends and improve efficiency, resource use and quality.\nOwn and drive deviations, CAPAs, change controls and validation activities, keeping processes compliant with internal and external requirements.\nWork close to manufacturing equipment, advising on set-up, adjustments and improvements to the production process.\nTest, review and refine process steps, and share what you learn to help colleagues reach their goals.\nRepresent process engineering in cross-functional discussions and help develop colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing.\nWho you’ll work with\nIn Global Manufacturing & Supply, colleagues work across the value chain to scale molecules, processes, devices and products for the people who need them. You will join a diverse team comprising engineers, scientists, chemists, technicians, equipment supporters, and a smaller logistics group supporting batches.\nYour key internal partners are colleagues in Quality Control and Manufacturing Science and Technology.
