What if your next professional chapter started with us?\nWe have an opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst, in Lancaster, PA.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLoad, validate, and maintain customer data in Salesforce.com\nManage recurring file uploads, perform data hygiene (deduplication, normalization), and ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.\nDevelop and deliver Salesforce reports and dashboards.\nBuild actionable analytics for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations; monitor data quality, completeness, and timeliness.\nDesign, document, and optimize ERP business processes.\nMap current-state (Microsoft Dynamics) processes and define future-state (SAP) workflows, controls, and handoffs across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.\nParticipate in transitioning activities from Microsoft Dynamics to SAP.\nCoordinate requirements, data migration rules, functional testing (SIT/UAT), cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization in partnership with IT and functional owners.\nCreate and maintain high-quality process and system documentation.\nProduce SOPs, swimlane diagrams, data dictionaries, and change logs; ensure version control and accessibility in central repositories.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals\nCollaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nEnable users through training and support.\nDevelop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide Tier-1/Tier-2 support for Salesforce data processes and new SAP workflows.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.\n2 years experience in sales, business, marketing or financial analysis is preferred.\nCoursework or certifications in Salesforce Administration, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), or Business Process Management is preferred.\nAdditional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Salesforce Certified Administrator are a plus.\nSKILLS/ABILITIES\nData Management & Analysis: Ability to handle large datasets, ensure data integrity, and generate actionable insights using tools like Salesforce reports and Excel.\nERP Systems Expertise: Familiarity with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics and SAP), including process mapping, configuration understanding, and transition support.\nBusiness Process Documentation: Strong skills in creating clear, detailed process flows, SOPs, and technical documentation for cross-functional teams.\nCommunication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive benefits package.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nSupportive and collaborative work environment.\nStarting at approximately $65,000.00 USD with opportunity for increase based on qualifications and experience.
