This position involves ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer orders, inquiries, and concerns, while working cross-functionally to maintain strong customer relationships and service excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies.\nReview orders for lead-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies.\nAct as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams when there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities.\nRepresent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to enhance service levels and provide Novolex with a competitive edge in the marketplace.\nGather and report data on key account relationships, offering insights on customer satisfaction and evolving requirements to the Sales and Marketing teams.\nQualifications:\nBA/BS degree preferred or High School diploma and significant customer service experience in manufacturing environment.\nSAP experience a plus.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to review and ensure compliance with order policies.\nAbility to collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer needs.\nA customer-centric approach, focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.\nCompany Benefits\nWhat You'll Get From Us\nBenefits\nWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
