These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nForklift Clamp Operator\nBrownsville, TX\nCompensation Includes\nStarting Pay Rate of $13.00/hour \nAvailable Shift\n3rd\nResponsibilities\nOperate all warehouse equipment required to transfer finished goods and other products to the appropriate areas, including forklift and clamp truck\nLoad and unload trucks efficiently in accordance with department standards\nStock all goods in a safe and stable manner\nCommunicate pertinent information to relief at shift change\nFollow all safety policies and procedures\nMaintain work area in an organized, safe, and clean manner; knowledge of 6S is a plus\nKnow locations of and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers\nComplete forklift checklist\nMonitor and record all products returned or received\nCheck accuracy of finished product count on pallets, verify product ID, ensure pallets have only one Port Ticket when removed from lines, and accurately complete all required paperwork\nFill forklift propane tank at end of shift\nPerform accurate cycle counts as designated by Team Leaders\nEffectively organize and stage materials to support inventory accuracy\nKnowledge of LOTO procedures is a plus\nQualifications\nMinimum of one year recent forklift experience preferred\nMinimum of one year sit-down forklift experience required\nClamp attachment operation experience is a plus\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment\nBasic knowledge of mathematics\nAbility to communicate orally and in writing (English required)\nMust be self-directed and able to work with little supervision\nMust be certified in Lockout/Tagout and Forklift Operation upon assignment\nCompany Benefits\nWhat You'll Get From Us\nBenefits\nWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
