These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nForklift Operator, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Woodridge, IL\nPrevious Forklift experience required\nCompensation:\nPay Range is $20.80 to $22.49 - paid weekly\nLift Truck Associate available shifts: 12 hour Shifts 2-2-3 Schedule - Nights (7PM - 7AM) & Days (7AM - 7PM)\nJob Description:\nMoving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high volume production environment.\nAll transferring must be performed with a high degree of accuracy and accountability and in accordance with the established standard processes and procedures.\nAll duties performed with focus on safety.\nFollow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies, standard work practices, truck and railcar health and safety rules, including the attendance policy.\nEffectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.\nEffectively assist with operations on all EPS lines as assigned. Relieve operators for breaks.\nPerform Packers (Packing Associates) and Operator B (Operator Associates) duties as assigned (and as trained to do so).\nFill in as Operator for breaks or as assigned. \nEnsure that assignments are completed in a timely manner.\nDaily inspection of forklifts.\nSupport SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI). Perform other tasks as required.\nThe job responsibilities in this position description are not all inclusive and it is understood other duties may be assigned as needed.\nRequirements:\nExperience on sit down forklift.\nExcellent communication skills.
