Job Description
Role Overview
The Inventory Project Execution Lead is responsible for executing individual inventory-related projects. This role manages detailed project plans, coordinates execution activities, and drives project completion while ensuring successful transition into operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Coordinate project execution activities.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Drive action completion and milestone achievement.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Inventory, Supply Planning, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate business participation and testing activities.
- Support implementation readiness efforts.
Risk & Delivery Management
- Monitor project risks and issues.
- Escalate execution barriers.
- Maintain project reporting and communication.
Success Metrics
- Project delivery performance

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
