If so WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!\nThermoforming Machine Operator, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Bridgeview IL\nCompensation:\n Pay range is $24.71 to $26.99 - paid weekly (additional $1 per hour as shift differential)\nMachine Operator available Day/Night Shifts 7:00AM-7:00PM/7PM - 7AM (2-2-3 Schedule)\nAs a Thermoforming Machine Operator you will:\nSafely and effectively operates thermoforming and extrusion equipment to produce quality product\nTroubleshoots line issues with minimal assistance\nMaintains run efficiencies for the line and product type\nEnsures quality of products on line and completes all of the necessary paperwork associated with running the line in a timely and accurate manner\nAssists in production start ups and shutdowns\nTrains future technicians in both technical duties and good working practices\nCommunicates daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans\nFollows all Company established rules and policies\nAdheres to all Safety rules and regulations\nEnsures housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean and tidy\nWe are looking for prior experience as an Extrusion Operator, Thermoforming Operator, and/or Plastics Machine Operator!\nQualifications:\nCandidate should have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.\nMust have Thermoforming experience, plastics extrusion preferred.\nMust have High School diploma or equivalent.\nDemonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential\nAbility to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essential\nFlexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed\nCompany Benefits\nWhat You'll Get From Us\nBenefits\nWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
