These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nMaintenance Lead|Franklin Park, IL|HIRING IMMEDIATELY\nCompensation:\nStarting range from $30.00 up to $51.00 per hour based on experience\n\nAvailable Shift\n7am-7pm\n7pm-7am \nTEXT TO APPLY NUMBER:\n928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)\nJob Overview:\nSafely and effectively provides support to facility to ensure building(s) are properly maintained and are kept in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nWorking knowledge of AC & DC motors and drives systems\nAbility to isolate electrical and electronic problems \nPerform preventative maintenance on a variety of production equipment\nCompletes general repairs to buildings and structures as required\nAbility to learn tool changes and machine setups on production and packaging equipment\nEffectively communicate information to other Team Members at shift change and to Maintenance Leadership using Work order documents or logbook\nAbility to learn & follow written procedures as they relate to work orders, PM schedules, and Process Safety Management maintenance procedures with minimal follow-up from leadership\nPossess a working knowledge of multi meters, amp meters and various test equipment is helpful\nUnderstand and follow safe work rules in regards to cutting and welding, operating shop equipment and conducting mechanical and electrical repairs\nMust learn & follow all department and plant policies and procedures\nQualifications:\nMust possess strong leadership skills\nMust have own hand tools\nValid driver's license and Pactiv certification required; training provided\nMust be able operate the lathe, mill, and shop tools as required\nMust be able operate shop-welding equipment as required\nGood performance, safety and attendance records\nAbility to provide outstanding Safety, Performance and Attendance\nFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Policy rules, CDC rules and have a team-oriented demeanor\nSkills:\nMust be able to understand written and verbal instructions in English\nStrong computer skills\nGood interpersonal skills\nMust be able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts\nMust be able to write legibly on production and quality documentation\nMust be able to meet fast-paced working conditions.
