These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nMaintenance Specialist I |Conyers, Georgia| Hiring Immediately\nCompensation:\n$33.88 to $38.24 an hour - paid weekly BASED ON EXPERIENCE\nShift Availability:\n1st shift\n07:00 AM-07:00 PM\n12-hour shifts\n2-2-3 schedule\nPosition Overview: The position is responsible for all machine maintenance as needed, including preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment, utilities, and facilities, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. Strong manufacturing background with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and process troubleshooting skills required; electrical skills desired.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n· Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment.\n· Performs maintenance, set-up, and PM on automation/production equipment\n· Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment-related processing issues.\n· Utilizes a computer-based inventory system for generating reports to locate spare parts.\n· Perform Maintenance Connection day-by-day duties.\n· Assists maintenance/production staff as needed.\n· May assist in the training of other employees.\n· Performs quality work within reasonable time standards set forth by management in verbal or written instructions.\n· Utilizes mandatory safety equipment. Executes duties in a safe and efficient manner.
