This position requires a strong manufacturing background with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and process troubleshooting skills.\nSafety\nSeek to understand and support a safety culture and workplace\nRemain aware of surroundings and obtain knowledge of all required PPE for the job\nResponsible for following all required safety procedures are for each task you do\nKeep work area clean and organized \nReport any safety concern, risk, hazard, near miss, or injury immediately to the appropriate supervision on shift\nQuality\nFollow all GMP requirements\nSupport all customer audits\nEnsure quality of work is produced to Novolex standards\nProductivity\nMust have basic electrical background. PLC, (Allen Bradley preferred), VFD, 120 to 480 Low Voltage experience.\nPerforms basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment.\nPerforms maintenance, set-up and PM on automation/production equipment\nDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment related processing issues.\nUtilizes computer-based inventory system for generating reports to locating spare parts.\nPerform Maintenance Connection day-by-day duties.\nAssists maintenance/production staff as needed.\nMay assist in the training of other employees.\nPerforms quality work within reasonable time standards set forth by management in verbal or written instructions.\nUtilizes mandatory safety equipment. Executes duties in a safe and efficient manner. Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations\nBe flexible with schedule as needed.\nResponsible for ensuring area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy.\nFollows all Company established rules and policies.\nPerforms other related duties and assignments as required.\nRequired Skills:\nAnalytical, problem solving, and strong technical skills including mechanical, electrical and PLC programming.\nStrong skills in customer service, interpersonal, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, motivation, planning, organizing, professionalism, quality, quantity, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, initiative, innovation.\nHS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree.\n1+ years technician experience within Industrial industry.
