These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nMaintenance Technician\nMonroe, GA\nCompensation Includes\nStarting Pay Rate of $24 - $30/hour - depending on experience$2/hour shift differential for night shift\nWork 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours\n\nAvailable Shift\nD Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am, Friday - Sunday\nOverview\nThe Maintenance Technician performs work requiring thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in high-speed manufacturing equipment.\nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair bag machinery and support equipment\nReport machine defects that cannot be corrected to the Maintenance Manager\nAssist fellow mechanics and production employees as needed\nWork overtime when required to restore equipment and support production\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 480VAC, 240VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits\nTroubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, motors, sensors, encoders, relays, and safety circuits\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals\nPerform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce downtime\nUse diagnostic equipment including multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers\nSupport equipment upgrades, automation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives\nMaintain maintenance records and work orders using CMMS software\nFollow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and NFPA 70E electrical safety requirements\nQualifications\n2 years of industrial maintenance experience required\nProficient in electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC and 24VDC systems\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints\nExperience troubleshooting VFDs, servos, single-phase and three-phase motors\nExperience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent) and HMI systems\nReplace and rebuild pumps; repair hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders\nMaintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment\nKnowledge of industrial automation, sensors, robotics, and communication networks preferred\nCompany Benefits\nWhat You'll Get From Us\nBenefits\nWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
