If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!\nPay Range:\n$17.00 to $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 Shift Differential paid weekly\nShift:\n8:00 AM-8:00 PM/ 8:00 PM-8:00 AM\nSummary:\nSafely and effectively packs finished goods and prepares product for shipment.\nResponsibilities:\nProvides support for the operations team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects, and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.\nPerforms quality checks and ensures correct counts on various product sizes and packs items into the appropriate packaging.\nMakes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and maintain product quality.\nReplaces adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.\nEnsures that any finished goods or work-in-progress identification labels are present and properly placed.\nStacks finished product in the correct configuration, ready for transportation.\nMaintains good housekeeping and ensures areas of responsibility are safe, clean, and tidy.\nPromptly informs supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency.\nFollows all company-established rules and policies, adhering to all safety regulations.\nCompletes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nPrevious experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.\nAbility to work effectively with others as part of a team is essential.\nAbility to follow standard work instructions is required.\n#INDDist\nCompany Benefits\nWhat You'll Get From Us\nBenefits\nWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
