These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nThis position will be responsible for the management of day to day movements, cycle counting, auditing and count & bin accuracy of warehouse inventory. Will also manage repack, damages, and slow moving stock, and will report inventory cost variances. The position will provide root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damages in the warehouse while utilizing the Warehouse Management System and SAP. The Inventory Analyst will partner with the Supply Chain Planning team to optimize inventory locations within the warehouse to increase productivity.\nResponsibilities:\nProcess owner for Inventory Management, and best practices, within the warehouse\nProvide weekly inventory financial data, analysis and reporting\nServe as a key liaison to various internal customers for all stock inventory allocation requirements\nResponsible for the daily execution of stock inventory movements in WMS\nAnalyze, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis\nManage inventory locations and site capacity, optimize locations for productivity and throughput\nLead the execution of the inventory record accuracy through weekly cycle counting and annual physical inventory requirements\nRequired to be an active participant during internal/external inventory audits\nManage inventory movement between buildings\nAssure that slow moving product inventory is reviewed and disposition in a timely manner\nMaintain positive, professional, and timely communications, within various internal customers, as well as with external contacts\nActively participate in the continuous improvement process\nAdapt to flexible work assignments to support business volume and/or department requirements\nPerform additional duties as required\nQualifications:\n4+ years’ experience in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics.
