Candidates must learn how to operate the equipment as requested within their probation period.\nCompensation:\nStarting rate $20.79 an hour \nPay-for-skills training guides. Increase skills, increase pay!\nForklift Driver available shifts:\n6:30AM to 6:30PM on a 2-2-3 shift\nRequirements and Qualifications:\nForklift Drivers are an important part of our manufacturing teams. As a Forklift Driver you will be responsible for operating a lift in order to keep production operating smoothly. Responsibilites include:\nMoving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high volume production environment. \nAll transferring must be performed with a high degree of accuracy and accountability and in accordance with the established standard processes and procedures. \nAll duties performed with focus on safety.\nFollow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies.\nEffectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.\nExcellent communication skills. Excellent customer service to internal and external customers on a daily basis.\nAssist others in daily assignments. Ability to work within a team and build good relationships.\nEnsure that assignments are completed in a timely manner.\nPerform daily inspection of forklifts.\nSupport SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE.
