Shift differential .75 cents an hour\n\n Available Shift: \n12 hours, Continental schedule, Night Shift 7pm-7am, will start training on day shift\nWeek 1: Monday(work), Tuesday (work), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Weekend (work)\nWeek 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF)\nKey Job Requirements:\nMaintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment\nEnsure that customer requirements are met or exceeded\nPerform quality measurements following SPC guideline\nInterpret data and make necessary machine adjustments within the process control limitations\nOperate and adjust machines within process limitations as directed that will produce various plastic parts, maintaining optimum machine operating efficiency and uptime\nIdentify and troubleshoot needed repairs of machinery and utilize follow-up procedures of reportingEffectively generate breakdown work orders and document other related downtimes\nWork closely with process technician and other support staff to assure maximum quality levels and machine up time.Other duties as necessary\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nThree to five years of previous mechanical and/or technical experience in a related manufacturing setting.\nBasic computer skills\nADA - Essential Functions: Must be able to:\nWork an 8 to 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods\nClimb\nHeed safety warnings, devices and alarms.\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writie\nLift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifts up to 75 lbs.
