These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nWarehouse Associate CDL Required|Shawano|HIRING IMMEDIATELY\nPosition Overview:\nPay: $19.46-$24.20\nSchedule: 2-2-3 Non-Swing Shift Days 4:30 AM- 4:30 PM\nPosition Summary:\nWhile working in a safe, efficient manner, while always keeping quality in mind. Works in a cooperative team environment that aids production and warehouse operations. Performs all other duties or tasks as required by supervision.\nEssential Functions & Key Responsibilities:\nHolds a valid Class A CDL \nShuttle trailers between plants in a one block radius. \nParks trailers in designated locations while following company safety practices. \nAdheres to all DOT regulations and follows company food safety practices. \nMonitors DEF and Diesel fuel levels. Replenishes, when necessary, with company provided means. \nLoad and unload products and supplies and process paperwork according to SOP/Work instructions. \nWrap finished goods accurately according to the pallet wrapping code provided. \nGenerate accurate labels by counting product correctly. \nPick inventory and stage on warehouse dock floor or into trailers. \nGenerate Packing Lists/Bill of Ladings. \nAccurately label pallets with “Pro” stickers per carrier. \nOperate overhead doors and loading dock mechanics. \nPerform trailer and product inspections prior to loading or unloading. \nEnsure idle time is used on “value-added” tasks and activities (i.e. housekeeping, audit warehouse, yard check). \nCheck accuracy entry of shipments and receipts made into SAP. \nCommunicate issues to warehouse manager or logistics coordinator. \nFollow all standard work or job instructions (SOP’s). \nCommunicate with co-workers any information that pertains to shipping and receiving. \nComplete all (including export) shipping documents. \nAdhere to all plant safety and housekeeping policies. \nCycle counting of product inventory. \nHelp with re-packaging of product after damaging or returned from customer. \nOperating forklift, or machinery to company standards (electric and propane) \nAdheres to all plant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follow all Food Contact packaging safety requirements as outlined in the SQF quality manual. \nCandidate Requirements:\nValid Class A CDL \nMust be a team player with a “can do” attitude. \nStrong organizational skills \nMust be capable of working in hot/cold conditions. \nMust be capable of standing for long periods of time. \nMust be able to frequently lift and carry 50 lbs. \nStrong communication skills both oral and written. \nMust be able to read basic English. \nExperience with ERP Systems and TMS Systems preferred \nExperience with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel \nPrevious production/warehouse experience preferred \nMaterial handling equipment experience (pallet jacks, forklifts). \nDue to fluctuating production levels, employees may be asked to work beyond normally scheduled work hours or less than normally scheduled work hours. You may also be called in during non-scheduled hours. \nRegularly required to stand, sit, move about facility, climb stairs, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers to touch, handle, or feel objects, tools and controls, grasp, push, pull, reach with hands and arms, lift above shoulder level.
