These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.\nJob Description\nHow You'll Perform the Role\nThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and shipping department, including transportation requirements. He/she will manage a team of direct reports to coordinate the movement of finished goods through the warehouse, rotating the finished goods inventory, and picking/packing/shipping the finished goods in compliance with company and customer requirements. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouse, docks and all related equipment. He will direct activities to limit costs, improve accuracy, and maintain exceptional customer service.\nTrack and maintain all shipping related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity, quality and service level goals are exceeded.\nImplement and assure all company safety programs and policies are followed.\nRecruit, hire, train, and evaluate/review staff as required.\nDistribute orders for picking to order pullers.\nMonitor and administer all backorders and substitutions.\nPromptly communicate backorders to customer service.\nDaily verification and reconciliation of production.\nCoordinate and manage cycle count and physical inventory process.\nEnsure all warehouse equipment is maintained and functional.\nOrder all materials and supplies for the warehouse and shipping department. \nWhat We Need From You\nBachelor’s degree in distribution, logistics, or related field preferred.\nA minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.\nStrong computer literacy with Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Internet along with Warehouse Management System.\nExperience operating forklift equipment is preferred. \nHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, and work ethics.\nAbility to successfully multi-task in a fast pace environment. \nMust be certified in CPR, First Aid and Blood borne Pathogens.\nCompany Benefits\nWhat You'll Get From Us\nBenefits\nWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
