As a Production Associate in Bottling, you will help prepare, operate, and support automated equipment used to fill, cap, label, and carton probiotic products.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nSupporting set-up technicians in preparing machines for operation\nEnsuring proper sanitation of all machine parts and components\nUnderstanding the role and basic function of each machine in the process\nHandling raw materials, from probiotic capsules to cardboard shipping boxes\nAssisting teammates as needed to keep production running smoothly and safely\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\nTo perform this role safely and effectively, you’ll need:\nA high school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read and write English to understand product specifications and instructions\nBasic understanding of general mechanical functions of machines\nAbility to stand and/or walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift when required\nA safety-minded, reliable approach to day-to-day work in a production environment\nAdditional Skills & Interests We Value\nWhile not required, the following can be helpful:\nPrior experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environments\nFamiliarity with sanitation or GMP-style processes\nInterest in learning how automated production equipment works\nA positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support\nWhat We Offer\nAt Novonesis, you’ll be part of a collaborative production team where everyone’s contribution matters.
