Our team includes Encapsulation Operators and a Lead or Senior Operator, and we work closely with Supervision, Quality, and Maintenance to support Novonesis’ purpose through reliable and consistent production.\nThe Role & Your Impact\nAs an Encapsulation Operator, you play a key operational role in ensuring capsules are produced safely, accurately, and to specification.
