This individual will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions, identify risks early, and drive teams toward clear decisions and measurable outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nLead multiple cross-functional projects from planning and initiation through execution, implementation, and closeout.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.\nEstablish clear project governance, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.\nCoordinate activities across departments such as Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and other business functions.\nFacilitate project meetings, working sessions, steering committee updates, and executive-level discussions.\nMaintain project schedules and ensure owners are accountable for commitments, milestones, and deliverables.\nProactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints and develop appropriate mitigation plans.\nMonitor project performance against established timelines, budgets, scope, and success measures.\nProvide concise, transparent reporting on project status, accomplishments, risks, decisions, and next steps to leadership and key stakeholders.\nManage changes to project scope, schedule, priorities, and resources through established change-management processes.\nPartner with business leaders and subject-matter experts to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, templates, and governance standards.\nEnsure project documentation, decisions, requirements, and key deliverables are appropriately maintained.\nSupport organizational change and adoption when projects introduce new capabilities, processes, technologies, or ways of working.\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\n5-10 years of progressive project management experience, including demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives\nCurrent professional project management certification, such as: Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Comparable recognized certification\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.\nExperience developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level status reporting.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership.\nDemonstrated ability to identify obstacles, facilitate decisions, and drive projects to completion.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency with common project management and business productivity tools.\nAdditional Skills & Interests We Value:\nExperience managing projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.\nExperience leading projects involving multiple business functions, systems, processes, or external partners.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.\nExperience supporting business transformation, process improvement, system implementation, or commercial operations initiatives.\nFamiliarity with change-management principles and stakeholder adoption strategies.\nExperience developing dashboards, KPIs, or other project-performance reporting for senior leadership.\nStrong business acumen\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nThe successful Project Manager will create clarity and accountability across complex initiatives, keep stakeholders aligned, anticipate risks before they become barriers, and consistently move projects from strategy to execution.
