You will help create a clear and current view of project risk, quantify exposure and ensure that mitigation actions are owned and followed through.\nYou will collaborate across work packages and disciplines, providing the early insight needed to support informed project decisions.\nThe Role & Your Impact\nIn this role, you will act as the project's early-warning resource for risk. You will combine quantitative risk analysis with strong stakeholder facilitation, helping the project team understand exposure, establish effective mitigation and escalate emerging risks at the right time.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nOwning the programme risk register across project packages and disciplines.\nFacilitating risk identification workshops and maintaining clear risk scoring and ownership.\nPerforming quantitative risk analysis across cost and schedule, including Monte Carlo analysis, to support assessment of contingency needs.\nTracking mitigation actions and the drawdown of contingency in collaboration with Cost Control.\nRunning early-warning and escalation routines to support the Project Manager and steering group.\nIntegrating risk considerations into change, schedule and estimate reviews, while supporting opportunity management and lessons learned across project gates.\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\nTo succeed in this position, you should bring:\nA degree in engineering, business, risk management or a relevant related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of experience in risk management or project controls within large capital projects.\nHands-on experience with quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo analysis.\nStrong facilitation skills and the ability to obtain constructive input from stakeholders with competing priorities.\nA structured and analytical approach to risk.\nThe confidence and judgement to communicate emerging or uncomfortable risks early and constructively.\nAdditional Skills & Interests We Value\nExperience that further strengthens your ability to connect risk management with project controls, change, scheduling, estimating or opportunity management will be valuable.\nWhat We Offer\nYou will have the opportunity to work at the heart of a significant project, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, project controls colleagues, work-package owners and other project stakeholders.\nThe role provides broad exposure across cost, schedule, change and risk management and an opportunity to contribute directly to project decision-making.\nWays of working:\nJob Location - Novonesis Plant, Patalganga MIDC (Near Panvel, Navi Mumbai)\nTransport - Available from Kharghar Station and Panvel Station.\nWork: - 5 days from office\nApplication deadline: - 13th November 2026\nOur purpose guides the way\nIn Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity’s biggest challenges.
