Together, we support production expansion, high-efficiency separation technologies, and advanced operational technologies that contribute directly to Novonesis’ purpose.\nThe Role & Your Impact\nAs SAP Super User, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across production and process engineering. Your work will support execution and optimization by ensuring SAP systems are used effectively and continuously improved.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the implementation and ongoing use of SAP PM (Preventive Maintenance)\nSupport production and process engineers in extracting and analyzing data from SAP based on business needs\nIntroduce new analytical tools or develop data analysis models to support process optimization\nReview BoM performance, including yield, variance, raw material consumption, utilities, and waste treatment\nCoordinate with Finance and Production to resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner\nTrain and support new SAP users across the organization\nYour contributions will directly improve process efficiency, data quality, and operational performance.\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\nTo succeed in this role, we expect you to bring:\nA Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering (data/systems focus), Finance, Data Science, or a related field\nStrong analytical and logical thinking skills, with proven problem-solving capabilities\nThe ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently\nA strong learning mindset and willingness to continuously develop new skills and tools\nGood English communication skills (spoken and written)\nExperience in biotechnology or chemical engineering environments is an advantage.\nAdditional Skills & Interests We Value\nHands-on experience with SAP modules such as Plant Maintenance, budgeting, or material master data\nExperience developing standardized data models or analysis templates\nInterest in introducing and scaling new data analysis tools\nCuriosity for identifying optimization opportunities through production data\nWhat We Offer\nAt Novonesis, you’ll be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven organization where your expertise makes a real difference.
