The team connects different parts of the value chain, orchestrating supply activities and ensuring customer needs remain at the center of business decisions.\nWorking in close collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Business Finance, and global functions, the Supply Planner plays an important role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting the company's growth through data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement.\nThe Role & Your Impact:\nOperating in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, the Supply Planner is responsible for translating monthly demand plans into feasible production and importation plans, ensuring efficient supply execution and minimizing potential impacts on customer orders.\nThe role has a strong operational focus, requiring analytical capabilities, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate activities across local and global functions. By monitoring supply risks, production capacity, and inventory levels, this position contributes to reliable deliveries, operational efficiency, and business performance.\nYour Key Responsibilities in this role:\nCreate and maintain feasible production plans and importation processes based on monthly demand aligned through the S&OP process;\nEnsure agreed product availability levels for customer orders, proactively minimizing customer impacts when supply delays are anticipated;\nManage Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG) inventories at relevant sites and warehouses;\nFollow up on customer orders, monitoring, evaluating, and communicating potential supply risks to relevant stakeholders;\nMonitor production capacity and capacity utilization to support effective supply planning and execution;\nCollaborate with local and global stakeholders, including Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Business Finance, Global Industry Managers, and Global Capacity teams;\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, challenging existing processes and contributing to greater operational efficiency.\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role:\nBachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;\nAdvanced English proficiency;\nExperience analyzing data related to product forecasting, master scheduling, or shipment management;\nExperience in operations, inventory management, MRP, and lean manufacturing processes;\nExperience with MRP, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and APO platforms;\nKnowledge of planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, and delivery times;\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel and data extraction and analysis from SAP, APO, and BW/AAO platforms;\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into effective planning decisions;\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;\nAdditional Skills & Interests We Value:\nExperience coordinating multiple production plants;\nAPICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM);\nSpanish proficiency;\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships of trust across different organizational levels;\nA continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency;\nDeveloped emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate challenging situations and work under pressure;\nAdaptability and effective communication when working with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nOur purpose guides the way\nIn Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity’s biggest challenges.
