The Role & Your Impact
- Lead clinical studies from design to final reporting.
- Manage CROs, KOLs, co-investigators, and research partners.
- Ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
- Present results at conferences and contribute to publications.
- Collaborate with scientists, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience.
- Strong clinical project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis and scientific writing.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
