Prepare training matrix.\nPreparing & Tracking of Budget for R&M for Variable & fixed Expenses (AMC/ Calibration / Spares).\nDefine the Scope of work to the subordinates with respective the upgradation / Modification activities.\nIdentifying Key Responsible Areas and distributing the tasks\nPrepare / Review of User Requirement Specifications and TDS for new requirement for site perspective.\nBOQ preparation, Technical Review with vendor and making technical comparison\nReview Design Qualification, Functional Design Specifications for new equipment.\nApproval of maintenance related QMS & EHS documents.\nReviewing of IQ, OQ protocols.\nReviewing documents such as calibration, test certificate, validation documents. \nEnsure the EMS responsibility at the department level are aligned the EMS requirements of NVS EMS Guiding document.\nEnsure all maintenance activities are compliance with ISO, GMP and Food Safety standards.\nSupervision of the Operation and Maintenance of Utility & Maintenance of Process Equipment’s.\nExecution of EMS activity and maintenance related waste monitoring and quantity identifying. \nTo update of equipment breakdown status.\nAnalyzing the breakdown and failure of the equipment’s and corrective actions.\nInterview and Training of maintenance personnel.\nEducation-BE/ B-tech in Mechanical Engineering.\nExperience- 8-12 Years in Pharma / Bio tech industry E/ B-tech in Mechanical.\nCandidate Profile: -\nHand on Knowledge on Mechanical Equipment’s-Fermenter, reactors, blenders, Conveyors, Gearbox, mechanical seals, Blowers, Pumps,\nKnowledge in Design, operation & maintenance of AHU, VUS, Chillers, Compressors, Boiler, Colling towers,\nSoft Skills like Microsoft tools, SAP.
