You will serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations, driving process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting new product and technology introductions.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nProvide technical support to production operations to ensure reliable product supply, quality, and efficiency.\nDrive process improvements that reduce variation, improve yields, and enhance operational performance.\nMonitor product and process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nLead troubleshooting efforts for process, equipment, and control system issues.\nSupport and sponsor improvement initiatives, technical changes, and capital projects.\nDevelop and maintain product and process documentation, including BOMs, PMDs, and related records.\nTransfer new products and technologies from development into manufacturing.\nSupport training initiatives and share technical expertise across the organization.\nLead or participate in local and global cross-functional teams and technical meetings.\nUtilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical tools, and schedule adherence practices to improve manufacturing performance.\nPromote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, ownership, and operational excellence.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP standards, environmental policies, quality management systems, and corporate safety programs.\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.\nInterest in process optimization, continuous improvement, and manufacturing technologies.\nKey Competencies\nTechnical curiosity and learning agility.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nData-driven decision making.\nInitiative and ownership mentality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAdditional Skills We Value\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.\nExposure to process control systems or manufacturing automation.\nExperience working in food, biotechnology, fermentation, chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environments.\nProject management or project coordination experience.\nKnowledge of statistical process control tools and continuous improvement methodologies.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Novonesis, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful career while working alongside talented colleagues committed to innovation and sustainability.
