As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping bring our solutions to market faster and articulating the value of biosolutions to our customers.\nThe role & your impact\nAs Project Manager, you will drive the successful execution of global marketing communication initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution, optimization, and operational excellence, while also contributing to innovation and AI enablement across marketing communications activities.\nYour key responsibilities in this role\nPlan, drive, and execute marketing communication projects within agreed timelines and budgets.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.\nContinuously improve workflows and identify opportunities for automation and greater operational efficiency.\nTrack project metrics, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery and business alignment.\nPartner with digital analysts and specialists to evaluate campaign performance and commercial impact.\nSupport initiatives that improve scalability, operational excellence, and AI adoption across marketing communications processes.\nNavigate complex stakeholder environments and help translate concepts into effective execution.\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred but not required. \nApproximately 5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing operations, project management, or related disciplines.\nProven success managing cross-functional campaigns in a global environment.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExperience driving projects from planning through execution and measurement.\nSolid understanding of data-driven decision making and marketing performance optimization.\nFamiliarity with marketing technologies, analytics platforms, Adobe tools, and agile ways of working.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nStrong time management and prioritization skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups.\nA proactive, pragmatic approach to problem solving and removing roadblocks.\nHigh attention to detail combined with an agile mindset.\nA continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, optimization, and business impact.\nAdditional skills & interests we value\nWhile not required, the following qualifications would be highly valued:\nProject management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.\nExperience with AI tools and technologies used in marketing, content creation, or process automation.\nVendor and agency management experience.\nFamiliarity with regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of Planetary Health Industries and the role marketing communications plays in achieving business objectives.\nPassion for driving innovation within marketing operations and communication delivery models.\nResource Management & Allocation: Assess team capabilities and capacity to effectively align the right talent and resources to projects and priorities.\nStrong marketing communication instincts and a consistent approach to messaging and brand execution.\nWhat we offer you\nAt Novonesis, you will join a collaborative global team where marketing communications is recognized as a key contributor to commercial success.
