You will help ensure that products,servicesand management systems meet current requirements whilepreparing forthe organization for emerging customer, regulatory and global quality expectations.\nThe role combinespeopleleadership, regulatory compliance, qualityassuranceandQualitystrategicdeployment to sites. You will work with customers, authorities, certification bodies,suppliersand internal stakeholders acrossNovonesis.\nYour key responsibilities in this role\nLead and develop the Quality Assurance teams, ensuring that our systems,productsand services meet quality, foodsafetyand feedsafety requirements.\n\nMaintain legal and regulatory compliance, including engagement with relevant authorities, and oversee the implementation of global and local quality requirements.\n\nLead regional internal-audit planning and execution, coordinate external audits and customer audits, and support management reviews across our China sites.\n\nMaintain food and feed safety systems and quality standards, including GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and FAMI-QS, as well as Kosher and Halal compliance and product certification.\n\nOversee supplier quality, raw-material compliance, complaint handling, preventive actions, relevant SAP QM master-data activities, and site-level quality and food/feed safety training.\n\nDrive cross-functional continuous improvement, support China-related innovation, and provide quality input for due diligence, integration, customer needs and emerging legal or market requirements.\n\nWhatyou’llneed to be successful in this role\nA bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, LifeSciencesor a related discipline.\n\nDemonstrated leadership experience, including team development, stakeholdermanagementand cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.\n\nDeep knowledge of manufacturing processes, customer expectations, qualitymanagement, andfood and feed safety requirements.\n\nExtensiveexpertisein quality management systems, regulatory compliance,certificationsand relevant industry standards.\n\nStrong capabilities inpeopleleadership, stakeholder influence, technical and manufacturing understanding, problem-solving and continuous improvement.\n\nAdditionalskills & interests we value\nProfessional certifications in quality management or food/feed safety systems.\n\nExperience interpreting and implementing new regulatory or global quality-standard requirements.\n\nExperience supporting customer audits, duediligenceor integration activities.\n\nAn interest in using quality and continuous improvement to create value for customers and the business.\n\nWhat we offer you\nYou will join a Quality organization with broad responsibility across China and opportunities to collaborate with manufacturing sites, customers, suppliers, authorities, certificationbodiesand global colleagues.
