You will join a team that partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to build scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions. \nThe role & your impact\nAs a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will combine hands-on development expertise with technical leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support commercial operations, digital capabilities, and connected business processes. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across teams, and the ability to guide technical delivery from design through production support. \nYour key responsibilities in this role\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.\nLead technical implementation activities across Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.\nDesign and implement integrations using APIs, middleware, platform events, and enterprise integration patterns.\nProvide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, technical estimation, mentoring, and delivery planning.\nSupport DevOps, CI/CD, release management, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n5-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including experience leading technical delivery activities.\nStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, governor limits, and Salesforce platform development.\nExperience delivering solutions in Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs, middleware, events, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with Git and CI/CD or Salesforce DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.\nExperience leading code reviews, technical estimation, mentoring developers, and guiding delivery execution.\nAdditional skills & interests we value\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or B2B Commerce.\nKnowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA integrations involving customer, product, pricing, inventory, quoting, ordering, or fulfillment processes.\nExposure to Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, e-commerce platforms, identity and access management, or connected commercial applications.\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, JavaScript Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Commerce-related credentials.\nWhat we offer you\nYou will join a global organization that values Trust, Care, Impact, and Explore.
