As part of Data & AI Enablement within the Data Office in Global IT, you will work with specialists across India and Denmark to evolve our Citizen Data Platform and help business teams create value from data and emerging AI capabilities. \nThe role & your impact\nYou will help translate our AI-enabled direction for the Citizen Data Platform into practical solutions and adoption activities, making advanced analytics and AI capabilities more accessible to business users across Novonesis. You will support conversational analytics experiences such as Copilot in Power BI and Fabric Data Agents, advise teams on effective uses of AI within analytics, and help turn successful solutions into reusable assets and best practices that can scale across the organization. \nYour key responsibilities in this role\nContribute to the development and delivery of our AI-enabled direction for the Citizen Data Platform.\nSupport adoption of conversational analytics by engaging with business teams and providing practical guidance and strategic direction.\nAssess market trends and identify opportunities where AI can simplify access to data and insights.\nEnable and support users on the Citizen Data Platform through training programmes, drop-in support sessions, community engagement, and support handling.\nContribute to governance standards and best practices for AI-enabled analytics, while helping maintain reporting that tracks usage, platform health, and compliance.\nCollaborate with platform teams, architects, AI specialists, legal, and security teams to guide use cases toward appropriate solutions and ensure alignment with established governance, compliance, and security requirements.\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role\n5+ years of experience within analytics, business intelligence, data platforms, AI enablement, consulting, or related disciplines.\nStrong understanding of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, KNIME, or similar citizen developer technologies.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.\nExperience driving enablement, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.\nExperience planning and delivering projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.\nAdditional skills & interests we value\nExperience working with generative AI or conversational agents.\nCuriosity about emerging AI technologies and an ability to translate new capabilities into practical business value.\nAn interest in how AI can transform traditional analytics capabilities and ways of working.\nA structured approach and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions in an evolving environment.\nWhat we offer you\nYou will join a highly collaborative Data & AI Enablement team with specialists in India and Denmark and work with stakeholders and initiatives spanning the value chain.
