With a 4.9 Trustpilot score and Distinction accreditation from The Institute of Customer Service, our Customer First culture is at the heart of how we help customers take control of today's fleet challenges while preparing for the future.\nWhat you'll do.\nReporting to the Business Transition Manager, you will join the Corporate Sales Team and be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end activities for the customer journey. Utilising your strong project management skills, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and overall client satisfaction.\nThis is a hybrid position where you will be required to work from our Newbury or Trowbridge office. Working hours are from 8:30-17:00.\nYou'll also:\nManaging the full process of the customer's onboarding to the business, acting as the main point of contact for any project inquiries or concerns\nLeading project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities\nCollaborating and building relationships with multiple client relationships and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication \nEnsuring that processes and procedures are well documented and in line with market requirements, identifying and mitigate any project risks\nWhat you'll bring.\nYou are a natural-born communicator who likes to think technically and operationally to solve problems and support customers. You enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and building strong professional relationships.
