With a 4.9 Trustpilot score and Distinction accreditation from The Institute of Customer Service, our Customer First culture is at the heart of how we help customers take control of today's fleet challenges while preparing for the future.\nWhat you'll do.\nThis is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within our Purchasing team, based in Newbury. Reporting to the Purchasing Team Leader, you'll play a key part in managing vehicle orders within our system, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also coordinate deliveries between our customers and suppliers, helping to keep the process seamless and efficient.\nThis role requires 50% hybrid working, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with your colleagues and build strong working relationships.\nYou'll also:\nDevelop and maintain professional working relationships with all suppliers\nManage the team mailbox to ensure things are dealt with quickly and accurately\nMaintain core systems and department reports; advising internal customers of any queries and delays to their orders\nTake responsibility for processing all vehicle orders within the system and co-ordinating deliveries between our customers and suppliers\nWhat you'll bring.\nYou're someone who thrives on building strong relationships both internally and externally and you genuinely love delivering great service.
