Job Title - Project Manager- Delivery

Job Purpose:

· Understand customer business processes and requirements, translate them into software specifications, perform gap analysis, and define detailed SOW.

· Provide Pre-Sales Support, Project & Resource Management.

· Create Functional/Technical Design & Architecture (with strong focus on MS SQL Database).

· Deliver and implement Web & Mobile-based solutions.

· Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Domain knowledge in Automotive OEM - Spare Parts/After Sales.

· Creating buy-in for the strategy, setting priorities and communicating across business partners and stakeholders

· Defining a world-class customer/delivery experience for our customers

· Plan and execute initiatives related to Delivery and Customer Experience for scale and sustainability.

· Responsible for defining the project processes and best practices and also ensure compliance to the processes defined to ensure quality delivery at the right time

· Provide management, administrative/technical support to project team and ensure program deliverables are met timely and efficiently

· Responsible for interacting with the Business Users to understand the requirements and identify the relevant epics and stories in collaboration with Business Analysts

· Participate in technical design discussions with Tech Lead, Architect and QA to ensure adequate level of detailsare captured

· Responsible for working with the Technical Lead to help remove any technical roadblocks & aid in ensuring implementation continuity during the iteration

· Attend program/project-related status meetings to share relevant updates with Project Stake Holders and analyse variations and take corrective actions for the observed variations

· To provide / recommend solutions to existing / new Customers by understanding their business requirements

· To design and validate the specs for new products / modules based on customer specifications

· To provide timely support & bug resolution under AMC and management of new CR(s) / enhancements

· Agile project planning activities with the team to define, estimate and plan tasks and then taking ownership to deliver

· Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

· Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

· Proven experience managing projects involving DMS, CRM, e-catalogue, and e-manual solutions.

Project Planning and Execution:

· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Manage project resources, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

· Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within budget and on time.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, plans, reports, and records.

· Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.

· Ensure proper documentation of project changes, decisions, and technical configurations.

Profile:

• B. Tech. / MCA
• 10+ years of experience in development& management of Web based applications and mobility solutions
• 5+ years of experience in backend development and full stack experience
• Proficient in MS SQL Database, Database Structuring and Query optimization
• Knowledge / Experience in Management of SQL Server, Optimizing SQL performance, Log shipping and Replication methods
• Detailed knowledge of Dealer Management System (DMS) and after sales processes of automobile / manufacturing industries
• Experience in handling Mobility solutions.
• Strong experience in developing accessible front-end applications with Angular
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture & Deployment tools like Docker, Jenkins will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Log Monitoring tools like Elastic will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Web/Application Servers like Apache Tomcat, Node/Express
• Knowledge of working with Tools like Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, STS (Spring tool suite), SVN
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and microservices
• Knowledge of SQL Queries, Procedures & Triggers
• Knowledge / Experience in designing and developing software applications in .NET framework will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands on experience in developing and implementing Web & Mobile Applications
• Experience in both Project Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good knowledge of after sales processes/solutions for automobile / manufacturing industries like Dealer Management System (DMS), ERP, Inventory Management, CRM, Enquiry management, After Sales Service & Warranty Management, etc.
