Responsibilities\nSecurity Engineering\nDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise security technologies\nLead deployment and management of:Microsoft Defender XDR\nMicrosoft Entra ID security\nPrivileged Identity Management (PIM)\nConditional Access\nDefender for Cloud\nDefender for Endpoint\nEmail Security\nVulnerability Management platforms\n\nEngineer secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure across Microsoft 365 and AWS\nDevelop security standards and hardening baselines\nSecurity Operations\nLead incident response activities\nInvestigate security alerts and indicators of compromise\nPerform threat hunting activities\nConduct forensic investigations when required\nCoordinate response to cybersecurity incidents\nRisk & Compliance\nSupport and maintain compliance with:\nHITRUST\nSOC 2\nISO 27001\nPCI DSS\nHIPAA\nInternal security audits\nDevelop security documentation including:\nPolicies\nStandards\nProcedures\nTechnical runbooks\nVulnerability Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n7+ years of cybersecurity experience\n5+ years of security engineering experience\nExperience administering Microsoft security technologies\nExperience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, and vulnerability management platforms\nStrong understanding of:Networking\nActive Directory\nMicrosoft 365\nWindows
