Our facilities demand precise coordination, secure operations, and logistics excellence to support mission-critical IT infrastructure.\nRole Summary\nThe Warehouse Logistics Technician plays a key role in ensuring that all material, equipment, and components needed for data center operations are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule. You’ll be embedded in a high-security, high-uptime environment, supporting both day-to-day logistics and strategic asset management.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive incoming shipments: inspect, verify contents vs. purchase orders or packing slips, note discrepancies or damage, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues\nUnload and stage deliveries safely using appropriate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts)\nStore, classify, and tag equipment, spare parts, materials, and consumables in the warehouse or storage areas\nPick, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments or transfers to internal teams (facilities, network, power, etc.)\nMaintain accurate inventory records (cycle counts, reconciliations, adjustments) in warehouse / inventory management and ERP systems\nCollaborate with procurement, facilities, and engineering teams to forecast needs and maintain parts and supplies availability\nMonitor stock levels and trigger reorders or restocking to maintain defined par levels\nEnsure all material handing and storage practices comply with safety, data center security, and regulatory requirements\nMaintain cleanliness, organization, and order in warehouse, staging, and loading dock areas\nAssist with logistics process improvements, cost reduction, and workflow optimization\nSupport internal moves of heavy / sensitive equipment (racks, UPS modules, batteries, etc.) while coordinating with appropriate teams\nParticipate in safety audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAt least 1-2 years of hands-on warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience\nExperience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (with certification or willingness to become certified)\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nBasic computer literacy: experience with spreadsheets (Excel) and inventory/ERP/WMS systems\nAbility to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy loads (e.g. up to 50+ lbs or per facility policy)\nGood communication skills (verbal and written)\nWillingness to work in a secure environment with adherence to security policies and protocols\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, adapt to changes\nPreferred (nice-to-have):\nPrior experience in data center, telecom, or high-technology environments\nExperience with IT infrastructure equipment (servers, racks, network gear, power equipment)\nFamiliarity with asset tagging, barcoding, RFID, or similar tracking systems\nExperience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, lean / 5S / process improvement\nForklift / high-reach / scissor lift certifications\nKnowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in warehousing\nWorking Conditions / Physical Demands\nFull on-site role (no remote)\nFrequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and physical handling of materials\nPotential exposure to raised floors, cable trays, server racks, overhead spaces\nPossible work in varying temperature zones (storage, dock, raised floor)\nMust comply with data center access, security, and safety protocols\nMay require occasional overtime,
