We are now looking for a Compliance Program Manager to join our Compliance team as a temporary parental leave replacement.\nAbout the role\nThe position is located at our headquarters in Helsinki and offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of compliance, technology, privacy, AI and organisational change in one of Europe's leading learning and media companies.\nAs Compliance Program Manager, you will help coordinate and continuously improve Sanoma's Compliance Management Program, ensuring that policies, controls, governance processes and technology solutions are practical, scalable and embedded into everyday business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the annual priorities, roadmaps and governance cycles of Sanoma's Compliance Program\nMaintain and continuously improve program templates, documentation, intranet resources and governance forums\nCoordinate policy reviews with policy owners and subject matter experts across the organisation\nDevelop practical guidance, communications and training materials that help employees understand what policies mean in their day-to-day work\nUse AI agents and other digital solutions to improve policy accessibility, employee self-service and knowledge management\nExplore new ways of transforming policy, compliance and training content into engaging, audience-specific formats\nSupport compliance and privacy reporting, dashboards, metrics and management reporting\nContribute to the development of governance tools, workflows and technology solutions, including the Compliance and Privacy technology roadmap\nFormal Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or higher in law, business or other relevant field\n3-5 years of experience in program, project or process management within compliance, privacy, risk, governance or a related field\nInterest and practical experience in using AI, automation and digital tools to improve ways of working\nExperience working with OneTrust or a comparable privacy program management platform is considered an advantage\nExcellent written and spoken English\nKeys to success\n· Ability to turn complex requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions\n· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n· A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks from concept to implementation\n· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders\nWhat do we offer?\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to modernise compliance and privacy through technology and AI, where you will contribute to building the next generation of compliance capabilities at Sanoma.\nInterested?\nApply no later than November 8, but be advised that we will review applications continuously.
