Je combineert HR Operations met procesoptimalisatie, Workday, digitalisering en AI.\nDaarnaast sta je mee in voor de verwerking van de HR-administratie en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers.\nJe signaleert verbeterkansen en helpt HR-processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en toekomstgerichter in te richten.\nWat ga je doen?\nProcesoptimalisatie, Workday & AI\nHR-processen analyseren, standaardiseren en vereenvoudigen samen met het Workday-team. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de HR Business Partners.\nKansen identificeren voor automatisering en AI, bijvoorbeeld binnen administratie, ticketafhandeling, datacontroles, documentstromen en rapportering.\nAI-tools praktisch en verantwoord inzetten, met aandacht voor privacy, datakwaliteit, compliance en menselijke controle.\nZelf verbeterprojecten opnemen: van analyse en testing tot implementatie en opvolging.\nHR-data en nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen Workday en HR-technologie gebruiken om processen continu te verbeteren.\nHR Operations\nBewaken van correcte HR- en payrollgegevens, interne controles en compliance.\nWijzigingen in Nederlandse arbeids- en payrollwetgeving vertalen naar de dagelijkse HR-praktijk.\nEerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en managers via het HR-ticketingsysteem.\nBeheren van contracten, onboarding, wijzigingen, offboarding en HR-data in Workday.\nWat breng je mee?\nJe voelt je thuis in een dynamische HR-omgeving en krijgt energie van processen die kloppen én steeds slimmer kunnen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en ziet snel waar zaken eenvoudiger of efficiënter kunnen.\nJe hebt een relevante bachelor- of masteropleiding en ervaring binnen HR Operations, HR-administratie of een vergelijkbare functie.\nJe hebt kennis van Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en weet deze praktisch toe te passen.\nJe hebt ervaring met Workday of een vergelijkbaar HR-systeem.\nJe denkt graag mee over procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren.\nJe hebt ervaring met AI-tools of AI-toepassingen en ziet kansen om hiermee HR-processen slimmer en efficiënter te maken.\nJe bent analytisch, kritisch en tegelijkertijd servicegericht.\nJe gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt.\nWat bieden wij?\nEen betrokken, internationale werkomgeving met een duidelijke maatschappelijke missie.\nEen salaris van € 3.287,48 tot € 4.352,57 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van relevante ervaring.\nGoede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een eindejaarsuitkering, persoonlijk keuzebudget en pensioenregeling.\nRuimte voor ontwikkeling op het gebied van HR, Workday, procesoptimalisatie en AI.\nHybride werken, met maximaal drie thuiswerkdagen per week.\nInteresse?\nEnthousiast over deze functie?
