We move fast, care deeply, and love bringing people together (whether it's a strategic offsite or a Friendsgiving in our Nowadays home).\nWe believe the best teams:\nTake ownership\nKeep things scrappy\nCelebrate wins (big and small)\nGenuinely enjoy working (+ hanging out) together\nSome of our favorite team excursions so far: flying trapeze, steak-offs at home, hauling a Christmas tree up to the office, hitting the spa after a big launch, and racing an Ironman Relay.\nWhat You'll Do:\nBe half builder, half forward-deployed: own product engineering while working directly with our largest enterprise customers\nMeet customers face to face through on-site visits, kickoffs and demos, and help them get real value from the product after launch\nSit with customers to scope what they need, then turn it into shipped product, so their feedback goes straight into the roadmap\nLead enterprise engineering: integrations, security and SSO requests, reliability, and custom workflows for large accounts\nBuild and harden the AI agents that email and call venues, negotiate, and present options, and make them work reliably inside big companies' processes\nOwn the overarching architecture: think about how everything flows through the product, designed from the customer's perspective\nBuild across the full stack (React/TypeScript, Next.js, Node/Python, SQL)\nWhat We're Looking For:\n3+ years shipping full-stack products end to end, ideally at an early-stage startup or as a founding engineer\n\nExperience in forward-deployed, solutions or other customer-facing engineering, ideally with enterprise or B2B SaaS customers\nYou genuinely enjoy talking to customers and are comfortable leading a client call or an on-site meeting\nYou can explain technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders\nYou've shipped LLM or AI features to production\nStrong product judgment: you can take an ambiguous customer problem all the way to a shipped solution\nYou like moving fast, taking ownership, and are excited to travel to customers\nBonus Points:\nYou've founded something, or were an early engineer at a company selling to enterprises\nExperience with enterprise integrations, security reviews or procurement, or onboarding large accounts\nExperience with voice or email agents, RAG, or workflow automation\nBackground in events, travel, hospitality or marketplaces\nWhy Nowadays?\nCompensation & Benefits\nIn-person in San Francisco, with travel to customer sites\n$130K -
